1985 27′ Phoenix with twin 4lh-dte 170 Yanmar diesels, both engines have less than 800 hours on them, the gears are 2 to 1 kanzakis, cruises at 23 mph while barely sipping fuel. Boat has a brand new trim tab pump, two brand new shafts, new shaft to gear couplers, new propellers, new cutlass bearings, new zincs, and new packing in both rudders and shaft logs. also had marine pro of central Florida come out and descale both fresh/and raw water sides of the heat exchangers on both motors, and also had both impellers replaced, the oil is fresh, all of the stuff I just listed has less than 2 hours on them, that is how brand new it is, I have receipts for everything and basically all maintenance records. The boat also has radar and comes with a garmin 3206 gps map, and portable live well. Clean title.
